Medium Señorío de Callao (50 cl.)

Amber to dark brown in colour, with liquor aromas with notes typical of Amontillado and slightly sweet notes of pastries, quince paste or baked apple. It presents a slightly dry entry on the palate that gradually becomes sweet to finish with a vaporous and soft aftertaste.

A wine of the most absolute complexity, with an intense mahogany colour. Round, well balanced and full-bodied on the palate. It presents toasted aromas due to its long aging in American oak barrels, along with sublime sweet notes of fresh raisins.

Made from Palomino Fino grapes. It is initially aged under the veil of flor and then exposed to oxidative aging, thus becoming an amontillado, ending its aging process with a coupage together with the Pedro Ximénez grapes that give it those sweet notes, as well as notes of burnt caramel, bitter orange, raisins and dates.

It should be served at a temperature of 13-14 ºC. It offers sublime moments when paired with blue cheeses, pâtés, quiches, white meats, spicy and very spicy dishes, pastries and citrus fruits.
