Cream Señorío de Callao (50 cl.)

Made from Palomino and Pedro Ximénez grapes, it has been aged in American oak casks. The most common base used is Oloroso, which turns cream into an intense and full-bodied liqueur. Thanks to its sweetness, it can be served on the rocks and still continue to display all its aromatic potential and persistence in the mouth.

Cream is obtained from oxidatively aged dry wines, which are generally sweetened with Pedro Ximénez wine. Its characteristics are those of old Oloroso wine with Pedro Ximénez, dark color, pungent aroma, full-bodied.

Its alcoholic graduation is 18º and should be served at an approximate temperature of 13 ° C, accompanied by pastries and sweets, very suitable for snacks.
